Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of Mississippi Theatre Association, Inc., 82 Strong, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Indianola Academy, Humphreys County High School, Desert of Mississippi Shriners and Daughters AEAONMS PHA, Children's Tumor Foundation, serving and retired judges, Wildlife Mississippi, Cedarhill Animal Sanctuary, South Pike School District, Picayune Maroon Tide Touchdown Club, Mississippi Wildlife Federation, Foundation for Moral Law, and GRAMMY® Museum Mississippi, with additional fees of $30.00 per tag annually (except Desert of Mississippi Shriners at $50.00).

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24.00 to the respective organization, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2; tax collectors retain $2.00 per tag.

Amends Section 27-19-56.524 to authorize distinctive license tags for honorably discharged veterans who served in Operation Desert Storm or Operation Desert Shield beginning July 1, 2021.

Increases from two (2) to five (5) the number of distinctive motor vehicle license tags that may be issued to Purple Heart Medal recipients and authorizes one (1) distinctive motorcycle tag under Section 27-19-56.5.

Authorizes issuance of distinctive motorcycle license tags to 100% disabled veterans exempt from ad valorem and privilege taxes, and designates the Mississippi state flag as the feature on tags for the Mississippi Museum of History and Mississippi Civil Rights Museum.
