Amends Section 27-65-111 of the Mississippi Code to add a new sales tax exemption for precious metals bullion.

Defines "precious metals bullion" as bars, ingots, or commemorative medallions of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, or combinations thereof where the value depends on metal content rather than form.

Exempts sales of precious metals bullion from Mississippi's sales tax.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
