Appropriates $500,000 from the State General Fund to the State Department of Health for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022)

Funds the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program, which provides early screening, diagnosis, and follow-up services to women to reduce illness and death from breast and cervical cancer

Appropriation is supplemental funding in addition to any other General Fund amounts allocated to the Department of Health for fiscal year 2022

Effective date of July 1, 2021
