Authorizes issuance of up to $2,500,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist the Jackson Municipal Airport Authority in purchasing special fire service equipment for combating aeronautical incidents

Creates the "2021 Jackson Municipal Airport Authority Fire Service Equipment Fund" within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds, with funds also covering costs of housing equipment at Hawkins Field in Jackson

Bonds must be issued by July 1, 2025, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from the date of issue

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi and are exempt from all state taxation

State Bond Commission serves as issuing agent with authority to determine bond terms, sale method, and pricing
