Amends appeal procedures for Mississippi Real Estate Commission decisions so that any appeal filed within 30 days automatically acts as a supersedeas, staying the commission's order until a court enters final judgment

Allows the commission to file a motion within 10 days of an appeal to lift the supersedeas by demonstrating with clear and convincing evidence that immediate and irreparable harm will occur if the licensee continues operating

Specifies that when conflicts arise between this law and court rules, the statutory provisions shall control and supersede court rules

Updates gender-neutral language throughout the real estate licensing statute (adding "or she" and "or her" references)

Requires a $500 bond for any person taking an appeal to cover potential costs adjudged against them
