Requires persons claiming adverse possession of land to notify the chancery clerk at least 90 days before the 10-year adverse possession claim matures.

Mandates the chancery clerk forward the adverse possession notice to the record land owner via certified mail upon receipt.

Prohibits title from vesting in the adverse possessor unless the required notice to the chancery clerk is given.

Applies to adverse possession claims not yet matured as of July 1, 2021.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
