Amends Section 37-17-3 of the Mississippi Code to clarify the Commission on School Accreditation membership composition to reflect four congressional districts plus state-at-large appointments.

Adds one administrator with expertise in special education representing exceptional schools and students to the commission membership.

Reduces non-education profession members from seven to six, maintaining total commission membership at fifteen members.

Specifies commission shall consist of three members from each of the four congressional districts and three members appointed from the state at large.

Members receive per diem authorized by Section 25-3-69 plus actual and necessary expenses and mileage for attending commission meetings, with costs paid by the central office of the State Department of Education.
