Requires applications for operating permit decals to be submitted to the Mississippi Department of Revenue at least 15 business days before first operating the ride in the state

Maintains existing requirements including proof of liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, a fee not exceeding $100, and proof of inspection by a qualified inspector within 15 days of application

Allows owners or operators to apply for multiple ride permits on a single application form with one fee charged per application regardless of the number of rides listed
