Grants agents and inspectors of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the Department of Revenue general police powers by removing the previous restriction that explicitly denied them such powers

Maintains existing authority for ABC agents and inspectors to bear arms, make arrests, conduct searches and seizures, and serve notices related to alcohol law enforcement

Authorizes ABC agents and inspectors to arrest without a warrant any person committing or attempting to commit a misdemeanor, felony, or breach of peace in their presence, and to pursue such persons anywhere in the state

Updates statutory language to replace references to the "commission" with "department" to reflect the current organizational structure of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division
