Amends Section 27-65-111, Mississippi Code of 1972, to add sales of tangible personal property or services to Itawamba Crossroads Ranch, Inc. to the list of exempt sales from state sales tax.

Exemption applies to purchases by Itawamba Crossroads Ranch, Inc., allowing the organization to make tax-free purchases of goods and services.

Does not affect any existing tax claims, assessments, appeals, suits, or actions related to taxes accrued before the bill's effective date.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
