Creates the Mississippi Workforce Development Study Committee composed of 15 members including the State Superintendent of Public Education, representatives from community colleges, manufacturers, and business organizations, and legislative committee chairs.

Committee shall review K-12 workforce development curriculum, determine if it meets Mississippi's workforce needs, and develop recommendations for a state workforce development curriculum.

Committee duties include studying financial literacy classes and home economics classes, requiring testimony from school and business officials, and appointing subcommittees as needed.

Committee must submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature and Governor no later than November 30, 2021, after which the committee shall be dissolved.

Requires school districts, community colleges, higher education institutions, and businesses throughout the state to cooperate with the committee; members receive no compensation or travel reimbursement.
