Authorizes courts to require successful completion of workforce training at a community college, workforce development center, or similar program administered by a nonprofit as a condition for withholding acceptance of a guilty plea under nonadjudication provisions

Adds workforce training as an allowable term of pretrial intervention program agreements between district attorneys and offenders

Requires the Department of Finance and Administration to transfer $2,000 from the Mississippi Department of Corrections budget to the Mississippi Community College Board for each person who successfully completes workforce training under these provisions

Funds transferred to the Community College Board must be disbursed to the specific community college where the person received training or the college affiliated with the workforce development center used

Effective date of July 1, 2021
