Requires licensed child care facilities to purchase and maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance for each facility.

Specifies that liability coverage must include indemnity of the insured only, with defense costs not covered under this requirement.

Authorizes the licensing agency to suspend or revoke the license of any child care facility that fails to comply with the insurance requirement.

Takes effect on July 1, 2021.
