Creates the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund in the State Treasury, to be administered by the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation and distributed to legal service centers throughout the state.

Increases the filing fee for petitions to expunge an offense from $150.00 to $152.00, effective July 1, 2021.

Allocates the increased $152.00 filing fee as follows: $100.00 to the Judicial System Operation Fund, $40.00 to the District Attorneys Operation Fund, $10.00 retained by the circuit clerk for administration, and $2.00 to the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund.

Allows the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund to accept monies from public and private sources, with any remaining balance at fiscal year-end not lapsing into the State General Fund and all earned interest credited to the fund.
