Allocates $1,900,000 for renovation and restoration of the Poultry Sciences Academic Research Center (SPARC)

Provides $1,700,500 for repair and upgrading of agricultural facilities envelope and infrastructure, plus $1,500,000 for upgrading and replacing aging mechanical systems

Funds construction of a Hydroponics Research and Teaching Greenhouse at $1,500,000

Allocates $2,400,000 for construction of a Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture and Math (STEAM) Outreach Center
