Amends Section 83-11-101 of the Mississippi Code to mandate uninsured motorist coverage for bodily injury in all automobile liability insurance policies issued after January 1, 1967.

Requires uninsured motorist coverage for property damage in all automobile liability insurance policies issued after January 1, 1980, with a minimum $200 deductible allowed.

Eliminates the ability of insured motorists to reject uninsured motorist coverage in writing, making such coverage mandatory rather than optional.

Extends uninsured motorist coverage to include damages that would be recoverable but for immunity protections under the Mississippi Tort Claims Act.

Removes provisions that previously allowed coverage rejection on renewal, replacement, and transferred policies with the same or substantially similar terms.
