Prohibits hazing at Mississippi postsecondary educational institutions receiving public funds, with penalties including expulsion, suspension, or dismissal for at least one semester

Requires the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning to develop and adopt a uniform hazing prevention policy by August 1, 2021, which all postsecondary institutions must implement

Mandates organizations report hazing allegations immediately to institution administration and begin investigations within 5 days of receiving a report

Requires all new students receive hazing prevention education during orientation, and all campus organizations must provide at least 1 hour of annual hazing prevention education to members and prospective members

Defines hazing broadly to include physical brutality, forced alcohol/drug consumption, sleep deprivation, coerced financial transfers, and activities causing severe emotional distress in connection with organizational membership
