Requires the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission to order an emergency hearing within 20 days when either party requests or petitions for one

Amends existing workers' compensation procedures in Section 71-3-47 of the Mississippi Code of 1972

Maintains current Commission authority to determine all questions relating to payment of compensation claims

Preserves the existing 20-day window for parties to request review by the full Commission after an initial decision

Effective date of July 1, 2021
