Amends Section 9-5-137 of Mississippi Code to require chancery clerks to remove all social security numbers from land transfer deeds

Adds this requirement to existing duties of chancery clerks, which include preserving records, recording wills, letters testamentary, inventories, and other legal instruments

Clerks may maintain records through physical books or electronic filing/storage systems as permitted under Sections 9-1-51 through 9-1-57

Effective date of July 1, 2021
