Establishes "Christian's Law" making autopsy media records (photographs, video, and audio recordings of autopsies and crime scenes) confidential under Mississippi law

Allows access to autopsy media records for surviving relatives, government agencies performing official duties, criminal/administrative proceedings, and medical examiners using de-identified records for educational purposes

Requires court approval based on "good cause" for any other person to view or copy autopsy media records, with surviving relatives entitled to notice and opportunity to be heard

Creates felony penalties of up to one year imprisonment and/or $10,000 fine for custodians who violate confidentiality requirements or for anyone who violates a court order regarding these records

Takes effect July 1, 2021
