Establishes notification deadline for assistant teacher nonreemployment as June 30 or within 10 calendar days after the local school board adopts the district's annual budget, whichever is later

Amends Section 37-9-105 of Mississippi Code to add assistant teachers to existing notification requirements that already cover principals, teachers, and administrators

Maintains existing notification deadlines: March 1 for principals and April 15 (or 10 days after state education budget approval) for teachers and administrators

Exempts interim conservators and school boards acting on financial advisor recommendations from these notification time limits

Effective date of July 1, 2021
