Sets minimum wage for tipped employees (those receiving more than $30/month in tips) at $3.62 per hour

Requires overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate for employees earning $455 or less per week, with specific categories of workers (manual laborers, blue collar workers, police, firefighters, EMTs, and others) entitled to overtime regardless of salary

Exempts from overtime only employees whose primary duties involve management, general business operations, or work requiring advanced specialized knowledge or artistic talent

Defers to the federal Fair Labor Standards Act for any employers and employees not specifically addressed in the state law
