Defines "minerals" to include oil, natural gas, and petroleum for purposes of this exclusion

Amends Section 71-5-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 by adding petroleum landmen to the list of workers whose services do not constitute covered employment

Effective date of July 1, 2021
