Removes the prohibition on expunging implied consent violations (DUI-related charges) upon completion of drug court programs under Mississippi's intervention court statute.

Brings forward Section 63-11-30 of Mississippi Code regarding DUI penalties, which specifies criminal punishments for first through fourth or subsequent DUI offenses, ranging from fines of $250-$10,000 and jail time from 48 hours to 10 years depending on offense severity.

Establishes eligibility requirements for DUI expungement and nonadjudication, including successful completion of sentence terms, blood alcohol concentration below .16%, and no other pending DUI charges.

Requires ignition-interlock device installation for certain DUI convictions and nonadjudication cases, with mandatory alcohol safety education programs within six months.

Effective date: July 1, 2021.
