Expands Medicaid eligibility to adults aged 19-64 with income at or below 138% of the federal poverty level who meet criteria under a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) waiver

Requires eligible individuals to receive care coordination services through a provider sponsored health plan as defined by Mississippi law

Mandates that benefits be funded at no less than 90% federal medical assistance percentage (FMAP), with remaining costs covered by individual contributions and hospital taxes under Section 43-13-145

Amends Section 43-13-115, Mississippi Code of 1972, to add this new eligibility category (paragraph 28) to existing Medicaid recipient classifications

Effective date of July 1, 2021
