Amends a 2014 law authorizing the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) to lease approximately 4.5 acres of property in Jackson, Mississippi, for up to 40 years with possible renewal options

Removes the requirement that the leased property development must be "mixed-use" and eliminates the mandate for approximately 10,000 square feet of street-level office space

Retains requirements for development to include 224 Class A apartment homes, structured and surface parking, and landscaping with green space buffers

UMMC faculty, staff, and students retain right of first offer for apartment homes before public availability

All lease proceeds continue to be deposited in a special fund for UMMC's use and benefit, with lease terms still requiring Board of Trustees approval
