Amends Section 43-33-723 of the Mississippi Code to add "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" to the list of protected classes under the Mississippi Home Corporation Act

Prohibits discrimination based on these newly added categories by the Mississippi Home Corporation, qualified sponsors, lenders, and their agents or employees

Applies specifically to housing developments and eligible loans administered under the Mississippi Home Corporation Act

Adds language "Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary" to strengthen the anti-discrimination protections

Effective date of July 1, 2021
