Removes the statute of limitations for prosecution of sexual battery, allowing charges to be filed regardless of how much time has passed since the offense occurred.

Modifies Mississippi Code Section 99-1-5 to eliminate the age restriction on sexual battery offenses, making the unlimited prosecution window apply to victims of all ages, not just children.

Maintains existing unlimited statutes of limitations for other serious crimes including murder, rape, kidnapping, arson, robbery, and human trafficking offenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
