Repeals Section 11-1-66.1 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, which established the Landowners Protection Act.

Amends Section 85-5-7 to remove language that previously defined "fault" to include intentional torts in premises-liability actions on commercial or other real property.

Clarifies that "fault" under tort law shall not include any tort resulting from an act or omission committed with specific wrongful intent, except in cases of concurrent tortfeasors acting in concert.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
