Attorney General must develop and publish a vapor product directory on the state website by September 15, 2021, listing all compliant manufacturers and their products.

Every vapor product manufacturer selling or intending to sell in Mississippi must submit a sworn attestation to the Attorney General certifying their products were on the U.S. market as of August 8, 2016, and had a Premarket Tobacco Product Application filed by September 9, 2020, or received FDA marketing authorization.

Manufacturers must notify the Attorney General within 30 days of any material changes to their attestation, including FDA approvals, denials, or market removal orders.

Manufacturing, distributing, or selling any vapor product not listed in the directory is unlawful.

Effective July 1, 2021.
