Creates the Mississippi Comprehensive Teen Pregnancy Prevention Act requiring the Department of Human Services and Department of Health to develop programs promoting teen pregnancy prevention and educating youth about consequences of unprotected, uninformed, and underage sexual activity

Directs the Department of Human Services to develop programs addressing family communication about pregnancy prevention, community education, encouraging postponement of sexual activity, and providing medically accurate information about contraceptives and barrier methods

Directs the State Department of Health to develop programs including counseling to prevent unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, social and cultural support services, and training for school-based support program workers

Amends Section 41-79-5 to require school nurses to carry out functions of the health department programs and prohibits school nurses from providing abortion counseling or referrals under penalty of losing state-administered funds

Takes effect July 1, 2021
