Expands Mississippi Medicaid coverage to individuals under 65 years of age who are not pregnant, not entitled to Medicare, and have income at or below 133% of the federal poverty level, as authorized by the Affordable Care Act

Eligible individuals under the expansion would receive "benchmark coverage" or "benchmark equivalent coverage" as defined under Section 1937 of the federal Social Security Act

The Division of Medicaid would be responsible for determining eligibility for individuals covered under the new expansion category

Amends Section 43-13-115 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to add a new eligibility category (paragraph 28) to the existing list of Medicaid recipients

Effective date of July 1, 2021
