• Restricts School Recognition Program awards to nonrecurring salary supplements for teachers and licensed staff only, excluding administrators.

• Requires the State Board of Education to adopt rules for administering the School Recognition Program and provide copies to Senate and House Education Committee chairs.

• Mandates school districts post on their websites the total dollar amount of awards received and the reasons (such as accountability rating or other qualifying criteria) for each award.

• Maintains funding levels of $100 per pupil in average daily attendance for "A" rated schools and schools improving one letter grade, and $75 per pupil for "B" rated schools.

• Effective date is July 1, 2021.
