Requires all state agencies to submit monthly expenditure reports on the last business day of each month detailing spending of federal and state public funds.

Reports must be submitted to the State Auditor and the Chairmen of the House and Senate Appropriation Committees, with the State Auditor authorized to inspect expenditures at any time.

Each monthly report shall include current month expenditures and year-to-date aggregates, organized by categorical spending, program administration, contract procurement, and capital improvements.

Salary information for agency personnel shall only be included in the June monthly report, not in other months.

Effective July 1, 2021.
