Proposes constitutional amendments to Sections 34 and 35 of the Mississippi Constitution of 1890 to establish term limits for state legislators

Legislators elected for the first time on or after January 1, 2022, would be ineligible to serve again in the same chamber after completing three full 4-year terms (12 years total)

Members elected to fill a vacancy for less than 2 years of a term would not have that partial service counted toward the three-term limit

Allows legislators to succeed themselves in office while still serving, maintaining continuity during their eligible terms

Requires the proposed amendment to be submitted to voters at the November 2021 general election as a single ballot question
