Congratulates Bobby Rush on winning his second Grammy Award at the 62nd Grammy Awards on March 14, 2021, for his album "Rawer Than Raw" in the Best Traditional Blues Album category.

Recognizes Rush as an 87-year-old Blues Hall of Famer with a 70-year career spanning more than 20 record labels, 400+ songs, and 80 CD releases, making him one of the last surviving African-American bluesmen from the 1950s-1970s era.

Notes that "Rawer Than Raw" was recorded in Jackson, Mississippi, featuring five original songs and six covers honoring Mississippi blues legends including Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, and Elmore James.

Recognizes Rush's achievement of six career Grammy nominations and two Grammy wins, including a previous Blues Music Award for Album of the Year for "Porcupine Meat" in 2017 and Grammy nomination for "Sitting on Top of the Blues" in 2019.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Bobby Rush and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
