Notes his receipt of the Paul Coggin Award for volunteerism and leadership in the Main Street Program

Acknowledges his service as Mayor of New Albany from 2001 to 2005 and his ownership of Union Appliance and Furniture Store since the 1970s

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Mr. Billy Wiseman and the Capitol Press Corps
