Create House Rule 104.1A requiring the Clerk of the House to publish committee meeting agendas at least 24 hours before standing committee meetings and at least 1 hour before non-standing committee meetings on the Mississippi House official website.

Require all published agendas to include the committee name, meeting date and time, short title of each bill to be discussed, and a hyperlink to the electronic text of each bill.

Exempt Rules Committee, Management Committee, joint or subcommittee meetings, and hearings where no bills will be adopted from the agenda publication requirement.

Prohibit any alterations to published agendas and restrict committees to only addressing bills, issues, and items listed on the published agenda.

Effective immediately upon House adoption of the resolution.
