Declares March 23, 2021, as Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Day in Mississippi.

Acknowledges Phi Beta Sigma's founding on January 9, 1914, at Howard University with the motto "Culture for Service and Service for Humanity," and its first Mississippi chapter established in 1927.

Acknowledges Zeta Phi Beta Sorority's founding on January 16, 1920, at Howard University, and its first Mississippi chapter chartered on October 14, 1938, with the state now having over 48 chapters across 82 counties.

Notes both organizations' shared brother-sister constitutional bond as the only such National Pan-Hellenic Council organizations, and their combined impact of over 100,000 service hours in Mississippi including programs like Zeta Stork's Nest for prenatal health.
