Updates the 2021-2022 minimum teacher salary schedule, increasing starting salary for teachers with an "A" license from $35,890 to $37,000 and maintaining increases across all experience levels and license levels (AAAA, AAA, AA, A).

Raises the minimum annual salary for assistant teachers from $14,000 to $15,000 effective for the 2021-2022 school year.

Maintains existing salary supplements of $6,000 annually for teachers with National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification and other specified certifications (school nurses, counselors, speech-language pathologists, etc.).

Provides additional $4,000 annual salary supplement for Master Teachers in 16 designated counties (Claiborne, Adams, Jefferson, Wilkinson, Amite, Bolivar, Coahoma, Leflore, Quitman, Sharkey, Issaquena, Sunflower, Washington, Holmes, Yazoo, and Tallahatchie).

Becomes effective July 1, 2021.
