Eliminates the statute of limitations for prosecuting all sexual battery offenses under Section 97-3-95, allowing prosecution regardless of how much time has passed since the crime

Previously, only sexual battery of a child (under specific subsections) had no time limit; this change extends that protection to adult victims as well

Aligns the statute of limitations for sexual battery with rape, which already has no time limitation under Mississippi law

Effective date of July 1, 2021
