Authorizes the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to declare special hunting seasons, within or outside regular open seasons, for collecting chronic wasting disease (CWD) testing samples in areas where such testing is needed

Establishes air guns, air bows, and pre-charged pneumatic weapons as lawful hunting methods, with the Commission given authority to define specifications for each weapon type

Permits air guns for hunting small game during small game seasons, while air bows and pre-charged pneumatic weapons may be used for large game (excluding game birds, turkeys, and migratory waterfowl)

Restricts air bows and pre-charged pneumatic weapons for deer hunting to private lands only during primitive weapon seasons after November 30
