Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $300,000 to fund repair and renovation of the Triangle Cultural Center in Yazoo City, Mississippi, including the Museum of the Yazoo Historical Society.

Creates a special fund designated "2021 Triangle Cultural Center Repair and Renovation Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and any investment earnings for disbursement by the Department of Finance and Administration.

Establishes that bonds shall mature within 25 years from date of issue, with interest rates not to exceed limits in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101, and no bonds may be issued after July 1, 2025.

Pledges the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi for bond payment; any insufficient legislative appropriations shall be covered by the State Treasurer from unappropriated funds.

Designates bonds as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, savings banks, trust companies, and insurance companies; bonds and income are exempt from state taxation.
