Authorizes issuance of up to $10,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund the Local System Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Fund

Bond proceeds must be deposited into the Local System Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Fund established under Section 65-37-13

Bonds may not be issued after July 1, 2025, and must mature within 25 years from date of issue

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi and are exempt from all state taxation

State Bond Commission is authorized to determine bond terms, method of sale, and handle all aspects of issuance and sale
