Removes the 500 square foot size limitation on enclosures where wild hogs may be released for slaughter purposes.

Requires the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to issue metallic tags that must be affixed to the ear of each wild hog being transported within Mississippi.

Permits wild hog transportation only with a department permit and requires tags to remain on the hog's ear until slaughter.

Denies permits and tags to individuals with a history of repeat hunting offenses or whose hunting privileges have been revoked.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
