Requires freshwater fishing guides, outfitters, skippers, and captains who use boats to obtain an annual fishing guide boat license and decal for $250.00.

Applicants must register the boat with the department and provide the guide's driver's license, proof of liability insurance, and other required information.

Prohibits fishing guides and crew from keeping a recreational bag limit of fish or counting toward the boat's daily possession limit for game fish.

Requires guides to have one year proof of residency and valid sportsman's license for residents, or valid nonresident fishing license for nonresidents, plus First Aid/CPR certification.

Establishes violation of this section as a Class II violation punishable under Section 9-7-143, effective July 1, 2021.
