Amends Section 1, Chapter 456, Laws of 2014 to revise the University of Mississippi Medical Center's (UMMC) authority to lease real property in Jackson, Mississippi for a term of no more than 40 years with up to two 20-year renewal options.

Removes requirements that the leased property consist of mixed-use development improvements and minimum 10,000 square feet of street-level office space.

Retains requirement that improvements include approximately 224 Class A apartment homes, structured and surface parking, and landscaping with green space buffers.

Grants UMMC faculty, staff, and student body right of first offer to lease the apartment homes before they become available to the general public.

Requires Board of Trustees approval for the lease and any amendments, with all lease proceeds deposited in a special fund for UMMC's use and benefit.
