Exempts the sole resident member of a single-member limited liability company (LLC) that holds record title to lands used for hunting, fishing, or trapping from the requirement to purchase a resident hunting and fishing license.

The LLC must be identified in the current annual report filed with the Mississippi Secretary of State to qualify for the exemption.

Exemption applies only to residents as defined in Section 49-7-3 and maintains all other compliance requirements of Mississippi hunting and fishing laws.

Effective July 1, 2021.
