Extends the repeal date for the State Board of Funeral Service from July 1, 2021 to July 1, 2025, allowing the board to continue operating for an additional four years

Reenacts Sections 73-11-41 through 73-11-73 of the Mississippi Code, which establish the seven-member board appointed by the Governor with Senate confirmation, including three funeral service licensees, three funeral director licensees, and one public member

Maintains licensing requirements for funeral service practitioners (12 months accredited education plus 12 months residency) and funeral directors (24 months residency training), along with establishment licenses for full-service funeral homes, branch establishments, mortuary services, and crematories

Preserves the board's authority to set fees, conduct inspections, investigate complaints, and impose disciplinary actions including license suspension/revocation and monetary penalties up to $5,000 for violations

Makes a minor technical correction changing "comingling" to "commingling" in the crematory regulations section
