Amends Section 41-29-113 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to include kratom alkaloids in the stimulants category of Schedule I substances

Effective date set for July 1, 2021

Would make possession, distribution, and manufacturing of kratom products containing these alkaloids subject to the same criminal penalties as other Schedule I controlled substances
